About the Founder:
Jorge A. Lynch T. is an International Procurement Management Consultant, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (FCIPS), and author of “Public Procurement and Contract Administration: A Brief Introduction”.
He’s passionate about the continuous improvement of public and project procurement management and practice, and has almost 30 years of experience managing large and complex donor-funded projects in Africa, Latin America, South East Asia, and the Pacific.
Jorge has a practical approach to teaching public and project procurement to aspiring procurement practitioners, in order to assist them to develop a solid foundation on which to build a successful career as knowledgeable and practical procurement professionals.
